Join FDUK
Who can join?
Podiatrists, Nurses, Doctors, Orthotists or any health care professional* anywhere in the world who is involved with the prevention and management of diabetic foot disease.
If your registration is accepted you will get access to the FDUK Forum and your details will be sent to SB Communications (the publishers of the Diabetic Foot Journal) who act as secretariat for FDUK.
Please note that we are a voluntary organisation and it may take up to three weeks for your application to be fully processed.
If you don't like entering your details online print out and use the application form. The form is a Word.doc. To print it save the file then open it in Word then click File > Print.
*Must be a medical, nursing or allied health profession recognised by the appropriate authorities such as the UK General Medical Council, Nursing and Midwifery Council, Health Professions Council or your country's equivalent
